Wellness Retail Center | Cleveland Clinic Foundation

On the ever-expanding campus of one of the world‘s most elite and high-tech hospitals, the Miller Pavilion is the flagship face of the Cleveland Clinic. Partnered with a brand new Wellness division of this healthcare giant, the mission was to bring the world’s first hospital-backed wellness retail store to life.

From the branding to the custom cabinetry and point of sale, our project team together with a local architecture firm, developed the retail experience.

Details include backlit countertops to reduce shadows from ceiling lighting, interactive Surface™ interfaces built into the countertops to help the sales force demonstrate product benefits and an open floor plan that invites consumers to move about the space and discover new products. Once the Miller Pavilion build-out was complete, the Cleveland Clinic focused efforts on bringing the “365” wellness brand to the consumer. This included an e-commerce site, custom-built displays in local grocery outlets, and retail experiences in big-box stores like Target and Walmart.
