Quickly reimagine the M-Series magnetic closure mechanism without negatively impacting the tightly dialed-in user experience.

My design and materials teams were able to quickly rally with the suppliers to get to the root cause of the material properties problem and begin building out solution paths that ultimately led to successfully reintroducing one of our highest performing products in the portfolio within 10 months of the company’s voluntary recall.
